Such a nice hotel once you get out the lift, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and neat and also fairly new so it was all a very pleasant surprise!!

Extremely helpful staff and a very neat facility. The Valet Services gentleman named Jason was just extraordinary!. Although the hotel is located in the city, it is safe and very convenient. I read reviews saying there were vagrants around the entrance, we hardly saw anyone, and the one guy that did try to ask for money was quickly escorted away by the security
