Hotel is really cool and funky inside. It's the perfect location as its right next to the town and the tram station. The room was very spacious for both of us and clean. All the staff were super helpful with any questions we asked (for directions) We did not try the breakfast or enter the resturant.

The bed was like sleeping on some rocks- we did both wake up with some stiff backs and necks due to the bed being soo flat it was almost painful. Luckily, we weren't in the room for much time as we were going to an event, so the bed wasn't too much of an issue. However, if you were planning on staying in bed for a lay in - I would not recommend.

The central location was excellent and the flat was well equipped. Everything inside the flat was clean and obvious care had been taken with furniture and fittings. Despite warnings about car parking, we had no problems finding on street spaces very nearby.

The access was a bit grubby. The lack of a door between the bedroom and bathroom (there was a curtain) could have been problematic.

Nice roomy bathroom, good size twin room. Plenty of variety at breakfast and staff were very efficient at keeping everything stocked up The gentleman on reception on arrival was lovely. Made you feel very welcome

The dining room was very small and at breakfast got very busy. There was little room to move around and a constant flow of people walking behind my seat didnt make it feel like a very relaxing start to the day. The food and service however was very good
