We liked very much our stay at Hotel Cordial Morgan Playa. The hotel is big and offers lots of activities and entertainment like bowling, chess and Tennis (even Tennis training is available). The pool was great to swim and relaxing. The food gets a 12 out of 10 (excellent quality and variety). I like very much how they organized the dinner, with different sittings and if you like they assig you a table for the whole stay. The room was big and comfortable. We booked the junior suite and got a big balcony with two loungers and view to the beautiful Chapel garden. Breakfast for the suites was served at the pool restaurant which was also great in both settings and food quality. We liked and enjoyed the hotel very much and can only recommend to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Gran Canaria.

Hotel is spacious clean with large well maintained rooms. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff are brilliant,Friendly and helpful.

Love the choice of pools and activities...perfect for families with small children and even just adults. Great splash pool and soft play provided hours of entertainment for our little toddler. And ample other activities for the older ones so look forward to bringing him back in the future! Nicely situated within walking distance of the village and beach but without being too close. Great selection of shops near by and great play ground area for kids. Staff were extremely nice...it was our second visit and felt more welcomes second time around. The care and consideration that was shown was like a warm hug. Apartments are clean and spacious with added bonus of the large outside area that felt very safe. Kitchen had everything you would need, lovely clean and modern bathroom. As mentioned this was our second visit to the Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle so that in itself should be testament to our first impressions. Upon booking for the second trip I was surprised to see a lot of negative leaning comments about the property which I was surprised at and even more surprised now. The staff pro-actively sought customer reports/feedback regularly by paper survey in the rooms to follow up phone calls to the room. We had the smallest of issues with the two single beds pushing apart at night which we didn't expect any solution for, but within hours we had someone call to the room to sort it out for us. If you have any issues during your stay, do say it to the staff, they want to help you there and then if they can. It's no good mentioning it in a review months later when there could have been a solution to your problem. All in all, great holiday, great place and we will be back.

It was cheap and basic but had all that was required (except sufficient hot water for every guest to shower (shared facilities))

We only stayed one night as we were only passing through. The apartment is well-equipped in terms of kitchen facilities and spacious. Great location.
