This was the best price x quality hotel we had in Morocco. The building is very beautiful. The room amazing!! The workers extremely friendly and helpful. Good service, good breakfast!! Walking to the medina is not far, on the other hand it is quiet, so perfect location!!

Located in Fès, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Fes, Fes Heritage Boutique luxury Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We had a fantastic stay and I consider it to be the best hotel in Fes. It certainly has the best location of the top hotels in Fes as it is only a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the medina and there are restaurants even closer than that. We were upgraded to a junior suite and treated like royalty by all the staff. A particular thank you to the General Manager, the young lady at the front desk, the concierge and 2 staff at breakfast time. For the last 2 mornings the 2 dining room staff specially laid out a table for us as there was a large group at the buffet. Our poolside room was very quiet, very spacious and comfortable. We parked our car outside the hotel and it was safe. It was easy to drive to the hotel despite some travel blogs saying Fes is a difficult to place drive in.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Everything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, location, view, facilities, food, parking etc. They were very helpful, accurate and supportive. Location is excellent, close to the Royal Palace and medina, still quite away of all the crowd. Balcony view to Medina , specially at night is very nice, almost romantic. Taxi is available in a minute, with more then affordable price. (Necessarily negotiate with the driver). Dinner is quite OK, with acceptable price. Breakfast OK as well.
