Housed in a beautiful historic building, only 17 km from Växjö, Villa Gransholm offers activities like canoeing and tennis. The individually decorated rooms have wooden floors and a work desk. Very nice staff and service, extra nice room. The dinner was great. What can I say, one of the best weekends we ever spent in a hotel.

IKEA Hotell is 500 metres from Älmhult train and bus station. Decorated with IKEA furniture, it offers Swedish cuisine and en-suite rooms with a TV. WiFi and parking are free. Convenient, clean and neat. Good staff.

With a peaceful location on the shores of Lake Tofta, this hotel features its own bakery, a garden terrace and free Wi-Fi. The city of Växjö is 4 km away. We had a lovely, comfortable bedroom with an outdoor patio. There’s not that much view cause of the trees and bushes. The bathroom was nice as well. Everything spotlessly clean. The breakfast was really nice: sorts of bread, croissants, pastry (from their own bakery), meat (warm and cold), pancakes, cheese, egg (scrambled, boiled), jams, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, smoothie, juices, selection of coffee and tea,… The first night we had a lovely buffet dinner as well. There is plenty of parking available.

Veličasten grajski hotel se nahaja le 50 m od obale jezera Trummen. Ponuja savno, masažno kad in vrt. Na voljo je brezplačen brezžični internet, hotel pa ima tudi lastno trgovino s spominki. We were accommodated in the small house near entrance to the castle park. The room was clean and spacious with nice view, bathroom super big with bath. Breakfast very generous and delicious. For dinner you can pick from menu, all choices were great. Loved the possibility to order craft beers. Staff was friendly and helpful.
