I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

The location and balcony view is fantastic. Surin Beach is stunning, one of the best beaches on the island. You descend straight from the hotel, which takes 2 minutes. Breakfast menu is not very sophisticated, it's Asian style and it's absolutely delicious. Nevertheless we slightly missed variety in sweet options. There is a pool on the roof with nice views. If you rent a scooter, there is a special parking for bikes you can use. The place is highly recommended, we had a great time there.

Mida Grande is a huge resort with 7 or 8 beautiful pools-- so we could easily find a more private one at any time. The location is great-- it's near restaurants and local shops, and it's a short walk from a few very nice beaches. The resort is quite new, with clean, modern rooms and comfy beds. On past trips, we've stayed in a few other hotels around Surin, and Mida stands out as one of the best 4/5 star hotels in the area-- we'll definitely book it again next time.

I was checked in very late night and reception was very welcome with smiling face. Thank you Miew for warm welcome . Also we got an upgrade to suite room , the room was good for a couple . Highly recommended !!! Lastly thank you Mai and Fah who were farewell us upon check out, we’ll be back again for sure !!!

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are large and clean. The pool was nice and not too small. Breakfast was good. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay. We are coming back on our next stay 😊
