From the moment we got to the hotel, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. The buffet breakfast was amazing. It had many options and they changed the menu everyday. The drinks menu was also pretty incredible.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

I was checked in very late night and reception was very welcome with smiling face. Thank you Miew for warm welcome . Also we got an upgrade to suite room , the room was good for a couple . Highly recommended !!! Lastly thank you Mai and Fah who were farewell us upon check out, we’ll be back again for sure !!!

Hello! I came to this hotel 30.10.22-6.11.22. I chose this hotel because of its location, 60 steps to Bangtao beach! The guests of the hotel, mainly from France and Germany, are very calm. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, there are two large pools.The area is beautiful, lots of trees.The breakfasts are good, there are themed dinners, there is an a la carte restaurant and two bars. Entertainment includes two billiard tables, ping pong, a gym, a small library. Internet 20-30mBs.The staff is attentive and friendly. Very good and inexpensive Thai massage.Near the hotel there is a currency exchange and a 7/11 shop. Everything was fine! I recommend! Video walk around the hotel. https://youtu.be/7iu3O5aug1I
