Everything except food. The breakfast buffet was good though. I wouldn't say food was bad in general. Just not to my south Asian taste and they didn't have many options.

The property was perfect in every way. It was spacious, well presented and had all the little extras that made it perfect.

Clean, quiet rooms with lovely minimalist decor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranged my transport to and from the airport and Old Town Phuket, in-room massages, and had plenty of other ideas for activities. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel next door, so close it felt like the same property—the food was more Western than traditional Thai but all delicious, and couldn't beat the convenience.

I've slept in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the service here is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you're pampered at every location within the hotel. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to. Special thanks to Snow, a very friendly employee who always smiles and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Of course, thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.
