We were blown away by the beautiful and serene location of the lodge. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful and the fact that the lodge does all it can to be self sufficient is great. Our son loved wandering around the farm animals and checking out all the vegetables they grow. The food was tasty, portions were generous and overall we felt very relaxed and sad we weren't staying at the lodge for much longer.

Breakfast was really great (fresh orrange juice, coffe, omlett, few kinds of breads, olives, strawberry jam), served on the sunny terrace at the pool. Staff was really proffesional and helpfull. Room was small yet very nice. There is a fency restaurant with italian food, (80 MAD for Pizza and 120 for pasta) worth the money. There is a bike renatal company at the hotel (around 500 MAD for one day for an e-bike). Terrace and pool looked realy great although we didn't use it as it was too cold (December). Lake is 20 min walk from the hotel. There is a free parking at the holel. Hotel is located near the main street, there are some local snack bars- but not "local" like in Marrakesh more like very simple and low quality....

The camp is simply stunning. From the moment of walking through the gates it was absolutely superb. The pool is beautiful and grounds immaculate. The gravel is freshly raked daily! The we stayed in the basic tents which were very luxurious, 5 star decor and had good aircon. We were a family of 4 so had two. The breakfast was exceptional and the setting whilst eating absolutely lovely. The staff were so helpful. We booked two 2 person dune buggies for a 2 hour trip to the lake and desert. It wasn’t cheap but a definite highlight and strongly recommended. Our 9 and 11 year old kids loved it. (As did the parents) I accidentally booked the wrong day and they changed the booking with no fuss and gave us a very late checkout meaning we could use the pool the next day.

That is so impressive and such a rarity these days. +FOOD: beautiful, tasty, special 10* +comfortable large bed at least 180x200 cm +pillows comfortable, bedding natural fabric, duvet large and cozy +you feel relaxed and safe 100%. We never locked our room. +STAFF: polite, friendly, hardworking, really doing everything to please their guests +THE OWNERS: a lovely welcoming couple who made their vision to reality. Impressive to see that farm which is over 20 years of work. +POOL area is relaxing. Unheated pool. +Activities. We milked a cow. Saw a freshly born horse. Absolutely wonderful place for kids.

Everything! If you like an authentic stay in a small hotel run by AMAZING owners and staff, then this is the place for you! The room, balcony, views of the lake and mountains are superb! The photos do not do it justice. Anything that you need, just ask. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay special. It is the people that make a place. A couple of things that I mentioned to the owner were actioned immediately, so that you know that the care and attention to detail is really genuine. If you want an all singing, all dancing bling bling touristy holiday then this will not be the place for you. If you want peace, beauty, space and a smile on your face then BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Would go back tomorrow!! Thank you to all for a fab stay!!
